Will I be without teeth at any point?+

No. A fixed temporary arch is placed the same day as surgery. You leave Tulip Dental, Dombivli with a full set of teeth. The final prosthesis replaces it after osseointegration.

I've been told I don't have enough bone — can I still get All-on-4?+

Often yes. The angled posterior implants in All-on-4 are specifically designed for cases with reduced bone. They utilise available bone that straight implants cannot access. CBCT assessment is essential — Dr. Firke will advise honestly.

Am I too old for All-on-4 implants?+

No. There is no upper age limit. Patients in their 70s and 80s receive All-on-4 successfully. What matters is general health and controlled systemic conditions — not age itself.

How do I clean All-on-4 implants?+
